Brian is survived by his wife, Germaine Davis, a son Brendan Davis, a daughter Alex Davis and four grandsons – Rich Deuto, Robin Davis, Brian Davis and Aaron Davis. Brian was predeceased by his brother Stephen Davis and his sister Johanna Nastri. Brian was born in Brooklyn, NY and was raised in Bellrose, NY.
Brian was a true Renaissance man. He enjoyed playing the piano (with many a sing-along), and played the banjo and guitar as well — all self-taught. Brian also enjoyed the outdoors with his downhill skiing and the game of golf at his beloved Wingfoot Golf Club.
Brian served in the Marine Corps and rose to the rank of Major. He will always be remembered as a kind and generous man. He had a great love for blue grass music and with his passing we know that the bluegrass music just got better in heaven.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to go to The Kanas Center East End Hospice at 1 Meeting House Rd., Westhampton Beach, NY 11978.
