I was so sorry to hear the Pat passed away. Tears filled my eyes. I am certain that Jesus has welcomed her in heaven with a very, very warm hug. I met Pat in 1995 at the Monday evening rosary. And shortly after we were always at the daily noon Mass at St. John’s in Mahopac. In 2002, the year of the Rosary, Pat began daily rosaries after the noon Mass. When her voice quit on her about 20 years ago, she asked me to lector for her and take over starting the daily rosary. Pat got me involved as a Eucharistic minister so that I could help with that service when needed in the daily Mass. We sat together at Mass. She once advised me to stop praying for patience so that the testing would stop. She was such an intelligent, loving and inspiring woman. I miss her.
