Christopher Thomas White, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away peacefully of natural causes on August 31st 2026 at the age of 60.
Born on June 18th 1966, in Bronxville, New York, Chris was the beloved son of Barbara and Donald White. He attended Bronxville High School, where he excelled in cross country and track. He went on to attend Bucknell University and graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Engineering. He later earned his Professional Engineer designation. Throughout his life he held numerous positions in the engineering and sustainability fields, most recently with Jet Stream Compressed Gas Services.
Chris is survived by his children, Maximillian (27), Olivia (22), Sophia (22), the children of his marriage with Karen Flanders. He is also survived by his child Aidon (13) from his marriage with Lindsey Fleenor. He is also survived by his mother, Barbara White, and his sister, Kimberley White, and her family. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald White, and his wife, Lindsey Fleenor.
Chris was a devoted father and friend who cherished the time he spent with his family and loved ones. Some of our fondest memories include his great cooking, his love of music, his ability to fix anything, and his great sense of style.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors located at 492 Larkin St SW, Atlanta, GA 30313. Visitation is from 3-6pm.
A graveside service and burial will take place at the Bronxville Cemetery in Bronxville, New York, on Monday September 7 at noon.
