Quartaro, MaryAnn August 12, 1936 - August 16, 2024

MaryAnn Quartaro passed away peacefully at home on August 16^th. She was born in Manhattan on August 12^, 1936. She was the only daughter of Hugh and Mary Harold. MaryAnn grew up in the Clausen Point section of the Bronx and attended St. Helena’s High School. She worked as an executive secretary for Standard Brands before moving to Bronxville to raise her family. MaryAnn is survived by her loving husband of 65 years William, her daughters Mary and Laura Quartaro, her grandson Andrew Thomas, and her longtime caregiver Salome Sukhdeo. She is predeceased by her son Joseph. MaryAnn was a kind, creative and an intelligent woman. Her life can be best encapsuled by her love of family, friends, her pets, and reading.
