In loving memory of Andrew Taylor Marshall, born 10/11/1958 and died 8/01/2019. He is survived by his wife Carol and their 5 children, Troy Warren Marshall & his longtime girlfriend Dina Smith, Kyle Ian Alrich Marshall & son Jaxon, Liane McGay & spouse John & children John James, Jake & Jenna, Mick Mannello & spouse Ginny & children Vincenzo & Marcarlo, Danielle DiNardo & spouse Peter & children Julianna, Sophia, and Gabriella, his niece Nicole Bruno & children Brandon & HJ, as well as his entire extended family.Andy was an unconventional man who lived life on his own terms but never to the detriment of others. A man with an easy sense of humor, a mega watt smile and a spirit that was larger than life. Passionate, articulate, and well read, he was committed to doing the right thing, offering a hand to someone down & out, and not afraid to voice his concerns over perceived wrongs. Generous to a fault, he was the personification of “he would give you the shirt off his back”. An artistic, creative, and highly capable man with an old school work ethic and sense of morals, who excelled at whatever he took on, becoming a world class Executive Chef as well as a beloved local business owner. And above all he was a deeply spiritual man with an avowed faith in God and deep dedication to his family, friends, community and truly mankind at large. The family will be receiving friends on Monday August 5, 2019 at McGrath Funeral home, 20 Cedar Street, Bronxville, NY 10708 2-4 pm and 7 – 9 pm; with a memorial talk during the evening hours at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Andy’s name to BINA Stroke & Brain Injury Assistance online at https://pay.banquest.com/bina.To meet Andy was something one for sure would not forget and to know him was a true gift. He was the real deal – truly a man who has left an indelible mark on all who knew him. This is what his family and friends will hold onto with fondness and pride. We love you Andy and you will be with us forever in our memory and our hearts.
