Betsy Ann (nee Robertson) Madaio, went home to be with the Lord on September 7, 2019. Beloved wife of Anthony Madaio. Loving mother of Beth (Chris) Boehm, Catherine Madaio and Frank (Laura) Madaio. Devoted grandmother of Zach, Zander and Gabi. Betsy was born in Yonkers, NY where she attended Yonkers H.S. and met the love of her life Tony Madaio (retired Pharmacist). She attended Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School, which gave her the skills that she used throughout her career. Betsy loved to travel and spend time with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren. Betsy’s kind and loving ways made her the best friend anyone could wish for. Calling Hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, Bronxville, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Tuesday, Mass of Christian Burial, St. Joseph’s Church, Bronxville, on Wednesday, September 11, at 10:45 am. September 15, 2019 at 7:23 pmWe knew Betsy since our children were in grammar school. She was a loving mother always encouraging her children. She was active member of St Joseph’s church and school. Betsy frequently volunteered and led parish activity with a friendly persona.
It was a privilege to know her.
