He was a graduate of Bronxville High School, The University of Notre Dame, and Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Over his 24 years at Educate, Frank’s work positively impacted hundreds of schools and school leaders, and thousands of teachers and students. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, son and brother. Frank shared a joyful life with his beloved wife, Meeni (Naqvi) Hardart, and their two cherished children, Josephine and Timothy. He is also survived by his sister Marie Therese (“Tracie”); four brothers George (Katie), Richard (Karen), Christopher (Courtney), and Michael (Kendall); mother-in-law Brita; two sisters-in-law Fatima Naqvi-Peters (Chris Peters) and Elia Gurna (Eric Gurna); and 15 adored nieces and nephews. It is with deep sorrow that I heard of Franks passing. My sympathies and prayers to his family and children. I was a roommate of his back at Notre Dame. Frank was always kind and generous, and I could always count on him for a smile when we both worked through some tough Engineering courses. Terrible loss. God bless.

Frank’s generous heart and spirit are with me still. He blessed me with an “accidental” call last month, and I will cherish that tiny beautiful moment. Every time we spoke, even if it was just for a few moments, it was filled with love and generosity and curiosity. What a wonderful human, father, son, brother and friend. I’m so glad I was able to spend some time with him. All my love to the family.

Assigned me a hard task in a home in need of much more than TLC, and went off to make sure all his troops were on missiin. He can backvwith nothing but praise for the effort we all put in and I had an amazing day.
He loved his family and friends and always had a happy smile and a quick laugh. He will be missed.

My family and I had the fortune to meet Frank, Meeni, Josie and Timmy three years ago in VT..
Frank was always so excited to be in the mountain either skiing with friends and Josie, teaching Timmy or supporting Meeni’s new passion for skiing. He was always kind, humble, happy and proud of his children and wife. He always had a smile in his face. We will miss Frank tremendously. May God give you the comfort and strength you need. We are here for you Meeni for anything you need. You all are in my prayers. Love you !

The Hardart family was always an example of family unity not only on the homefront but also on the “school front” as well. I’ll always remember the hours, days and years in the classroom, on the ballfields and home visits we shared together. God bless Frank, your Dad and Mom and all of you.

Frank exhibited his caring and attentiveness to those in need of physical assistance as a stalwart member of the Malta Auxiliary on more than one Pilgrimage to Lourdes of which I was a member. Almost exactly one year younger than our fourth son, John, who attended Lourdes as a Malade who sadly preceded Frank in death in 2016 he always impressed us as having the same kind sensitivities as his wonderful mother and father themselves frequent pilgrims to Lourdes. May God rest this warm, caring soul.

My deepest condolence to the Hardart family. It was a pleasure getting to know Frank while working for Educate. I remember him as kind, open-minded, and always willing to help where he could. He had a great sense of humor, and he was always in a good mood. Although it was a bit ago, I still remember the last time I spoke to him via Zoom working all while taking care of Timothy. His work with Educate has helped children attain access to better modes of learning. He has touched many lives through his dedication to education.

To the Hardart Siblings and Meeni and family, sending lots of love to you all. So sorry I’m out of the country but loved your brother- even though he roped me into all those years of Christmas in April when in NYC. Sadly I hadn’t seen him since a family visit to California many years ago, but talking with Frank was like picking right back up to the last conversation. A beautiful role model and friend and someone who really loved his family and everyone he touched.

Deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved Frank! He lived an exemplary life and treated everyone with respect. I have great regards for his simplicity, humbleness, friendly and ever-smiling nature. 2 Corinthians 5:1 says, “For we know that if our earthly dwelling, a tent, should be destroyed, we have a building from God, a dwelling not made with hands, eternal in heaven”. Miss you, Frank! Hoping that we get to meet on that glorious day in the beautiful shore! Heart-felt condolences to his family members. May God grant them the peace and strength to surpass his loss.

Frank has my eternal gratitude for hosting me at Notre Dame and showing me around when I made my choice for colleges. After knowing Frank from high school and spending a day with him at Notre Dame, I decided that any place that Frank thought highly of and chose to attend was good enough for me, maybe better. Clearly, after those days at Notre Dame, Frank went on to do even greater things, but he will always have my eternal gratitude for helping me make the right choice at a pivotal time in my life. His wisdom, humor and good nature will be missed. May the road rise to to meet you Frank, bless your spirit.

My heartfelt condolences during this incredibly difficult time. Although I never had the privilege of meeting him in person and worked with him only for a short span of time, I was profoundly touched by his dynamic personality. His simplicity, kindness, and deep reverence for others’ perspectives were truly inspiring. Hearing the news of his passing today has left me heartbroken. Yet, I firmly believe that his spirit abides in our hearts and cherished in our memories for years to come.
