Ennis, Georgina May 26, 2018

Georgina F. Ennis passed away on May 26th after a three-year battle with mesothelioma. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, William Joseph Ennis. Beloved mother of Peter (Annmarie), John (Lisa), and Laura Finneran. Cherished grandmother to Michaela, Brianna, Casey Ennis, Georgina, Kathleen, and Laura Finneran. Georgina taught art at Mt. Vernon High School  for 29 years and  was an adjunct professor at Mercy College for many years. She was a lifelong learner  and loved to share her knowledge with others.  She will remembered as a great mother, wife, and friend whose positive attitude brightened up a room. The family will receive friends a the McGrath Funeral  Home, Bronxville, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 11:15 at Annunciation Church  470 Westchester Ave, Tuckahoe NY.
