In Memory of Lori V. Coombs
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lori Coombs on July 20th, 2026, following a courageous battle with blood cancer. Lori was a devoted mother, wife, and daughter — strong, hardworking, and driven, with a warmth and passion that touched everyone around her. She was the devoted daughter of Jeannette and Al Lesperance, a loving sister to Lynn, the deeply caring mother of Josh and Alison, a devoted stepmother to Bella, Sophia, and Victor, and the cherished wife of Christopher Geraci. She was also a proud dog mom to her beloved French Bulldog, Jasmine
Born and raised in Manchester, Connecticut, Lori later lived in Massachusetts, Texas, Glastonbury, CT, and Manhattan before making her homes in Bronxville, New York, and Stonington, Connecticut for the past fifteen years. Lori built a highly accomplished career in finance, primarily in real estate at Wells Fargo, where she was Managing Director, Group Head Seniors and Student Housing. She was known as a decisive leader, admired by colleagues, clients, and everyone fortunate enough to work with her on highly complex negotiations and transactions.
Lori had a love of travel and adventure and had explored much of the US and rest of the world with family, friends and business colleagues. She enjoyed interacting with people everywhere she went and experiencing a wide variety of cultures and cuisines. From a favorite restaurant in London, to an exciting Formula 1 race in Monaco, to a quiet beach in Rhode Island, Lori embraced life with curiosity and joy. She accomplished so much, but often at the end of a long and busy day, she was most comfortable watching an obscure BBC mystery series, checking in with the kids and finally falling asleep with that beautiful smile of hers – knowing that she gave her best to us all, and was so very deeply loved in return.
Those who knew Lori will remember her intelligence, her determination, her adventurous spirit, and, above all, the love she gave so freely to those closest to her.

Although we are unable to be with you in person, our hearts are with you as you celebrate the beautiful life of an extraordinary woman. From everything we have learned about Lori, it is clear she lived with strength, grace, kindness, and a deep love for her family. Her legacy will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.
We pray that God surrounds you with comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult time, and that the beautiful memories you shared with Lori bring you comfort in the days ahead.
