Robert T. Short, of New Rochelle, NY formerly of Tuckahoe, NY, passed away on December 20, 2014. Age 72. He was the son of Patrick and Iva (Quirk) Short. Brother of Patricia Short, Iva Schulz, Donald Short, Elizabeth Jones, and the late Joseph Short, Rosemary McNamara, John Short and Margaret Kouns. Many nieces and nephews also survive him. He was an Army Veteran. Robert graduated from Iona Prep and attended Iona College. He managed Big Top Toy Store in New Rochelle for over 40 years. Visitation will be held at The Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, Bronxville, NY on Tuesday, December 23 from 4 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe, NY on Wednesday, December 24 at 10:30 am. Cremation service private.
