Loving Grandfather of 7 and Great Grandfather of 4. Beloved brother of Bernice and companion of Annette Tower. Mr. Fay owned and operated the family upholstering business Oscar Fay and Son in Riverdale. Memorial calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath and Son Funeral Home , Bronxville between the hours of 6 to 9 pm Monday February 28. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation.
