Joseph G. Quartaro of Bronxville, NY and Montauk on November 27, 2013 after a years battle with cancer. Joseph graduated from Iona Preparatory School and went on receive a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was employed as Assistant Director of Project Control at Metro-North Railroad. He enjoyed fishing with his family and friends in Montauk on his boat The Sea Quest. He is survived by his parents, William and Mary Ann Quartaro, sisters Mary and Laura Quartaro and his nephew, Andrew Joseph Thomas of Bronxville, as well as many friends. Calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath and Son Funeral Home, Bronxville between the hours of 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Monday. Mass of Christian Burial , St. Eugene’s Church, Yonkers on Tuesday December 3 at 11 am.
