Saverio G. Mortati, M.D., former pediatrician and psychiatrist and formerly of Crestwood, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2018 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland, NY surrounded by family. He was pre-deceased by his beautiful and loving wife, Josephine (Polli) Mortati (2001) and sister, Theresa (Mortati) Querin (1966). He is survived by his loving and beautiful twin sister, Domenica Mortati, his son Joseph Mortati, daughter Maria Mortati and her husband Mark Glusker (Dillon and Riley) and son Tom Mortati and his wife Erica Lane Mortati (Matthew and Cara). Calling Hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home, Bronxville between the hours of 6 to 9pm Friday. Mass of Christian Burial at Annunciation Church, Crestwood on Saturday December 1, 2018 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made to The Community Hospice, Albany, NY.
