Quinto Magnani, age 83, passed away peacefully on April 19th, surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Born in Italy, Quinto came to the United States at just 16 years old, chasing the American dream with his family by his side. With unwavering determination and a strong work ethic, he began working in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher to help support his loved ones. Through years of dedication, Quinto rose to become a chef at a beloved Italian restaurant in the Bronx, where he was known for his world-famous baked clams. He poured his heart into every dish and created countless memories—many of which he lovingly shared with his family.
Quinto lived a life defined by warmth, generosity, and resilience. He built a loving home filled with laughter, delicious food, and strong traditions. His journey from a young immigrant to a respected chef is a true testament to his spirit and strength.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished memories, and the meals that brought his family together. Quinto will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
