It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Constance LoSchiavo of the Bronx, NY on Tuesday, April 21st, 2020, at the age of 87. Friends and family are invited to light a candle or leave a message of condolence in her honor.
Constance was born to Dominick and Josephine Rascona in Brooklyn, NY, where she later met her beloved husband Joseph LoSchiavo Jr. She devoted herself to her family, and treasured her memories of early life in Brooklyn. Connie was a dutiful daughter and dedicated mother. She embodied a sharp and purposeful determination during her work at the Brooklyn Public Library and Sears Roebuck & Co., and an underlying guiding faith as a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church in Brooklyn and The Church of the Holy Rosary in the Bronx.
Constance was loved and cherished by her three siblings Jerome Rascona, Angela Jean Mendola, and Joanne Gartmann; devoted sons Joseph (Linda Bosco) and Dominick (Rosanne LaMalfa); loving granddaughter Angela; and many nieces and nephews.
In light of current times, the family will grieve the loss of Connie privately, with a Memorial Service to occur in the coming months.
