October 15, 2019 at 5:40 amSincere Condolences to the Family of Rotarian Shahid Latif on the sudden passing of their Beloved family member. I fondly remember his perpetual big smile on his face that could warm up the room when he spoke about his Rotary experiences and goals to enrich the lives of those most vulnerable people in need. Through his love and Legacy, Shahid will live on. My Donation is being made in his memory to Polio Plus.

October 15, 2019 at 11:03 amMy childhood friend and someone who had a great intellectual impact on my life died all of sudden! I feel so lonely and so lost after my dad and mom passing away; NewYork will never be the same.
He was a man who supported me the most in my childhood and sacrificed everything for my advancement.
My eulogy on the 10/19 in NewYork on his funeral will be my family’s best tribute to an outstanding giving man. We are arranging a dinner in the evening ‘Celebrating the life of Shahid Latif’ his music ? – his love ?! Please if you are in Newyork on Saturday join the Latif’s to be a part of huge send-off. The #London and #Paris send-off of #Shaw will be in #November. . The three major cities of the world will see fireworks for his great efforts.
His name will always live – I will make sure all my humanitarian projects will carry his message of care beyond any expectations. Shahid Latif, I will never forget you!

October 15, 2019 at 3:08 pmShahid was my friend,
Shahid was like an angel who we saw in human form.
Shahid overlooked the faults in others and loved people.
Every day Shahid worked to help others in need.
The world he left behind is better because he was here.
Shahid was my friend

October 15, 2019 at 5:59 pmMr Latif was a lovely man, always a smile, a wonderful father and made me laugh every time he accompanied his children to the office. Some people you just cannot imagine not being here and he was so full of life and humor that I cannot believe he is gone. He lives on in his wonderful children whom I had the pleasure to care for all these years. Rest in peace, you will not be forgotten.

October 15, 2019 at 11:22 pmShahid Latif – a man I am proud to have called my friend sadly has left us for the beyond leaving us wondering at the fragility of life. Shahid was well-known in our Rotary District circles. Our thoughts and prayers are with Aura, Anissa, Raisza and Adam. “Although fate has struck Shaw down, it is not victorious as Shaw did so much to aid others in need and his life was victorious through the lives of all those that he aided.”

January 5, 2020 at 5:17 pmSo deeply moved by the contributions of deeply heartfelt condolences & outpouring of loving memories of A habit & family. His works will continue, service never-ending. Am so saddened by the news & regretful of just hearing about Shahid’s leaving the mortal could. Nor are there any words to be found. Am and will pray and send light & protection to Shahid, family and friends. Prayers for swift progression of Shahid’s soul. Protection on all sides for all in bereavement. Grief is like unto an underground stream, it differs from an earthly stream, whereas the earthly stream is expected to well up and over the firmament. Our grieving differs as it will well up overflowing, rushing like a watery torrent. Having worked with those near death more than half my current life in no ways prepared me for grief. Am still confounded by it’s works. In our minds, hearts/souls & impact on the physical self. Just try to take care of yourself, each other & know confusion, regret, may quickly become laughter & tears. All these changeable in a nanosecond. Try to eat & rest & also finding any bit of balance. Letting others just”DO” for you, be it washing a cup, pulling a weed may help you as much as them. It’s service. Service is Shahid’s first name.
Praying to have not overstepped in any area preceding this. Utmost respect & love to you all.
Meg
