Adele Hordan 79, of Bronxville, NY died peacefully on January 19, 2014. She was born on June 18, 1934 to Alexander and Mary (Siudak) Zukowski in Yonkers where she was raised and educated. Ms. Hordan was an assistant to the CFO of Bear Stearns in NYC for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s in Bronxville. She is survived by her son Mark and wife Karen of Parsippany, NJ. and son Thomas and wife Catherine of Yorktown Heights, NY. and her grandchildren Michael, Laura, Paul and Scott. Adele is survived by her siblings: Stella Kielb, Jane Krieger, Winnie Riley, Casimir Zukowski, Stanley Zukowski. She is predeceased by her brother John Zukowski and sister Mary Zabonik. Visitation will be held at McGrath & Son 20 Cedar St. Bronxville, NY 10708 on the January 21, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass will be held on January 22, 2014 at 10:00 am at St. Josephs, Bronxville, NY. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Hastings on Hudson.
