Mary Agnes Gallagher, of Bronxville, NY, was a loving and proud mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mary died in her sleep on March 31 at the age of 82. Born January 21, 1932 to William Kelleher and Margaret Bailey in the Bronx, Mary grew up in the Fordham neighborhood, along with sisters Joan, Margaret and Anne. Mary attended the College of Mount Saint Vincent, where she graduated as a member of the Class of 1953. Mary is survived by her sons, Edward (Lori), John (Rita), William (Sharon), Peter and Joseph (Julie), and by her daughter, Marie (Terence); by six granddaughters and five grandsons; and by one great-granddaughter. There was always room to be had – and plenty of food to fight over – at mom, grandma and gigi’s table, whether on Hollywood Ave. in Crestwood, in Eastchester or in Bronxville. Mary worked at the Westchester County Surrogates Court for 20 years, while regularly volunteering at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women. She was a parishioner at St. Joseph’s Church, an avid reader, and was active in the Bronxville Women’s Club. Calling hours at the Fred H.
