Delgado, Noel November 28, 1957 - December 21, 2022

Our courageous brother, Noel Delgado passed on December 21, 2022, at home surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Noel was born on Ramey Air Force Base in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on November 28,1957. He recently celebrated his 65th birthday. The second born of six children, he is the beloved brother of Samuel, Miriam, Nancy, Gladys and Lucy and the uncle of eleven nieces and nephews.

Noel was simply extraordinary. He was a kind, sensitive, and gentle soul. He had a generous, and charming personality. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was especially very loving. Noel left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Noel loved the music he grew up with in the 70’s. He especially enjoyed the Carpenters, Cat Stevens and Barry White. He was also a terrific dancer and enjoyed himself at family gatherings.

Noel was especially very grateful to his family, his friends and all who helped him throughout his life. His passing will forever leave a void in all our hearts.

Noel, our sweet brother, may you Rest In Peace.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Bronxville, NY on Friday, December 30 at 10:45 AM.  There will be no viewing.

Noel – Thank you for the great memories of our close childhood friendship and all the good times we shared growing up. We worked together (carry bags at the A&P, doing deliveries at Artie’s drug store), playing sports (stickball, football, basketball), having fun (prank phone calls, going to the beach and the pool). You were always smiling, always happy; never mean or angry. May you RIP my friend. Danny Herlihy
