Thomas P. Cassels of Bronxville, New York passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 7, 2014. He was the son of the late Edward & Margaret Cassels. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Charlotte (née Finnegan); his children and their spouses Ellen & Martin Kenny, Thomas M. & Alison Cassels and Colleen & T.J. Crawford; and his adored grandchildren Maeve & Katherine Kenny, Colin & Nicholas Cassels and Peyton & Avery Crawford. He was the loving brother of Edward & Peter Cassels, Maryanne Costigan and the late Donald & John Cassels. Calling Hours will be held at the Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home, Bronxville between the hours of 6 to 9pm Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Wednesday. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, Bronxville, New York on Thursday November 13 at 10 am. Memorial contributions are welcome and should be sent to the Friends of the Bronxville Public Library at 201 Pondfield Road Bronxville, New York.
