Beloved husband of the late Sheila (nee O’Brien) McPartland, loving father of Noreen Tofty, devoted grandfather of James, Sheila, Noreen and the late Eric Tofty, Great grandfather of Kenneth Tofty. He proudly served in the US Navy during WWII and then had a long career as an Operating Engineer with Local 14 14-B. Calling hours at the Fred H.
