It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick “Pat” Watson Porter announces his passing on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the age of 65.Patrick was born February 22, 1951 in New York, NY to Susan Cora McClory and Nathan Patrick Porter. He graduated from Rice High School, a private, Roman Catholic, college preparatory school in the Harlem neighborhood of New York City. Patrick had a long and successful career on Wall Street as a Foreign Exchange Broker. He was an avid sports fan who also enjoyed fishing, traveling, and most of all, spending time with his children.Patrick is survived by his son, Derek Porter of New Milford, CT and his daughter, Brittany Porter of Hillsborough, NJ, his sister Dianne Porter of Hyde Park, NY and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Carol Bouton. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home, 20 Cedar St, Bronxville, NY 10708. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
