Agnes Healy of Bronxville, NY died peacefully with her family by her side at Kaplan Family Hospice on Friday, August 6, 2021 in Newburgh, NY at the age of 72.
Agnes is survived by her beloved brother, Michael; sister-in-law, Patricia; nieces,Katy Johnson and Susan Corcoran; great nephews, Patrick and Ayden Johnson; and many close friends she considered family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Margaret.
Agnes was born on January 6, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY to Michael and Margaret. Shegraduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 1967. Agnes worked for Deer Stags as a Bookkeeper for almost 20 years.
Agnes is remembered as a loving and generous daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
A wake is scheduled from 4 to 8 PM on Monday, August 9th at Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home. A funeral is scheduled for 9:45 on Tuesday, August 10th at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Bronxville, NY. Immediately following funeral services, Agnes will be laid to rest at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. A reception to follow at J. C. Fogaty’s Restaurant in Bronxville. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Agnes’ life.
