Ada Farrington, of New Rochelle, died on June 17, 2013 at the age of 90. She had a long professional career at IBM as an assistant and then as a company project manager leading several sections of the company in the switchover to personal computers prior to her retirement. Ada was also active in the New Rochelle/Pelham area. She was a member of the PEO (a professional women’s organization), organizing many local and state events. She was also active in the SCOPE program at Wainwright House in Rye. She was a member and until recently active in the Huguenot Memorial Church. Ada’s parents Harry Farrington and Edna Perrine Farrington predeceased her, and she had no siblings. Service will be held at the Huguenot Memorial Church, Pelham Manor, NY, on Friday June 21 at 11 am.
