Patricia Ann Amann of Mt. Vernon, died Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017 after a short stay in the hospital. Born March 9, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Henry and Ann Emmerich. She was the beloved wife of the late John A. Amann. Patricia took great pride in being a dedicated homemaker and loving mother to John (Beth), Mariann, Thomas and the late Robert. Devoted grandmother to Kaitlin, Kathleen, Kyle and Connor Amann. She is also survived by two brothers, Henry and John and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm Wednesday, April 19, at McGrath Funeral Home, Bronxville. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:45 am Thursday, April 20, at St. Joseph’s Church, 15 Cedar Street, Bronxville, NY. Interment will be at St. John’s Cemetery in Middle Village, NY.
