The Ferrara family is shaken by the news of Joe’s passing. We all remember him with much respect and fondness. I, personally, will always remember our wonderful friendship throughout the years our boys spent together at St. Joseph’s School.

As a long-term patient and friend I will dearly miss my visits because you were so much more than a clinician. A healer in so many ways and I always left your office feeling better than I did going in. God speed my friend knowing that you left this earth a better place for having been in it.

To the family of Dr. Jospeh Zajac, I offer my most heartfelt condolences. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Z for the past 16 years, both in the OR and later when he was seeing my ortho patients on the floor. He was always warm, funny, and incredibly compassionate towards all. We, as a community at Lawrence, will miss him terribly. It is beyond heartbreaking that this incredible spirit has left us. Again, my deepest condolences to his family.

Words cannot express how saddened I am upon hearing about the passing of my dear friend and client Dr. Joseph R. Zajac. Having served as his CPA for all these years, I still cannot call him by his first name – with such reverence to the MD license, for me it was and always will be “Dr. Zajac.”

He was truly a remarkable doctor and gentleman. His devotion to family, profession, and caring for the sick and less fortunate were among his many wonderful qualities.

His relationship with his Church via quite generous contributions or adhering to the teachings of Jesus Christ, were a true testament to his life.

Bravo Dr. Zajac for a wonderful performance in this world, truly a one to be emulated.

I will always have a special place in my heart and soul for you!

I will end with a personal note you sent to me a few years ago, viz

“It is my great fortune to have you as an accountant and friend”

I will change it just somewhat to

“It is my great fortune to have you as a doctor and friend”

I thank God for you and your family for having been part of my life.

    Richard Jude Arbore, CPA

My deepest condolences on the passing of Dr. Zajack. I was so sad hearing this news. He was a wonderful and caring doctor/man. He took care of my mom who thought the world of him. Later he became my urologist and will always remember him. May he Rest In Peace.
