Steven O’Malley, 52, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2012.
Beloved brother of Linda Doherty, friend and adopted uncle to many both near and far. Steve was a wonderful and loving man who touched so many lives with his warmth, wit, and humor, whose passing creates a void that will never be filled. Those who were touched by Steve understand that while his life was short, the quality of his existence far exceeded the quantity of time in which he lived and that his memory is forever etched in our hearts. Wake will be held at Fred H. McGrath & Son, Inc., Funeral Home, 20 Cedar Street, Bronxville, NY 10708, 914-337-6770 on Sunday, February 12, and Monday, February 13, from 2 – 5 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of St. Joseph’s, 15 Cedar Street, Bronxville on Tuesday, February 14, at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
