Elizabeth Ora Ruby of Bronxville and Shelter Island, died suddenly in her sleep on October 17, 2018 at the age of 29. Beloved daughter of Sarah Gavan and David Ruby. Dear sister of Caroline Ruby.
Elizabeth graduated from Bronxville H.S., class of 2008 and from Gettysburg College, class of 2012.
Upon graduating she went to work for the New York Post. Elizabeth was an avid sailor and an accomplished flutist who enjoyed performing.

Calling Hours at the Fred H. McGrath and Son Funeral Home, Bronxville, on Tuesday, October 23 between the hours of 4 and 8 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at the Reformed Church of Bronxville on Wednesday, October 24 at 11 AM.
