Dunn, Rosemary, Byrne, on Aug. 16, 2011. Rosemary was born in The Bronx on August 22, 1949.
She resided in Bronxville for the past thirty years with her husband, John F. Dunn. She was a reading specialist for the New York City Board of Education for forty years. She loved her job and cherished the children she taught. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary Ann Gyves Byrne and Denis Byrne. She is survived by her loving husband, John, her sister, Ann Marie B. Walker of Freehold, NJ , her brother, Dennis J. Byrne of Brookfield, CT, one nephew and three nieces. Calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, Bronxville, between the hours of 4 to 7 pm Thursday. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph’s Church Bronxville on Friday, Aug. 19th at 11 AM . Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
