Paul J. Madden, Esq., of Crestwood, NY died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Nov. 19, 2012.
Paul attended Xavier High School, Boston College (’64) and Fordham Law School (’68). He began his career in the Kings County Legal Aid Society and was the Attorney-in-Charge of the Kings County Criminal Defense Division, before going into private practice. He was the husband of Mary (Ormond); the father of Jason (Tricia Amy), Kristin (Joseph Crudden) and Kathleen (Darren Keenaghan) and brother of Kathleen (Bridges) and adoring grandfather of Thomas, Jack, Ella and Brady. Calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, Bronxville, between the hours of 4 to 8 pm Friday. Mass of Christian Burial Annunciation Church, Crestwood on Saturday Nov. 24 at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the Westchester Neuroscience Research Foundation, C/O Dr. John Abrams, 244 Westchester Ave., Suite 310, White Plains, NY 10604.
