May 5, 2022 at 2:29 pmDear Maryann and Jaimie, I just learned that Janie passed away. Terese Foy Cameron contacted me to be sure I knew. I just got out of the hospital with knee replacement surgery and traveling is out of the question. I wish I could be with you but am grateful that her Mass will be live-streamed. I will be with you in spirit . I know how close you were and will have the sisters pray for you and your family during this difficult time. She was a dear friend. I will miss her .

May 6, 2022 at 7:34 amI knew Jane as the Head Nurse at Einstein, when I did my Obstetrical training in the late 1970’s. I remember her competence, efficiency, and wicked sense of humor, even under duress. She was an asset to our profession!
