We have all lost a beautiful friend in Mary O’Brien. Mary gave selflessly to all she knew – or just met. She shared her generosity of spirit, love for Ireland and warm smile wherever she went. Mary made friends so easily. She loved traveling to Ireland and had a plan to visit every year – especially her beloved Donegal. We will miss you dear Mary. “May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.” (Traditional irish Blessing)
Sorry to hear about Mary passing. May she rest in peace. We have many fond memories of her many visits to Ireland. From Sean & Brid Fahy. Co Roscommon Ireland.
RIP Mary

Mary O’Brien was a magnificent world-class woman! I enjoyed her warmth and beautiful style. We met each other exercising side by side. She exuded a vitality and spirit that was contagious and joyful. I love this photo of her. It really captures Mary’s essence. Mary, I am sorry I didn’t get to speak with you in your final weeks. You were in my heart and will remain there, ever smiling….ever alive!
