Dorothy Novak, formerly of Bronxville, on March 10, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Richard Novak, loving mother of Richard, Alan, Chris, Mark and Heidi, devoted grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 4. Daughter of the founders of Schnackenberg’s Luncheonette, Hoboken, NJ, which she successfully managed for her entire life. Dorothy also dedicated years of her life to Concordia College. Dorothy was a longtime active member of both the Village Lutheran Church, Bronxville and St. Matthew Trinity Lutheran Church, Hoboken. Her warmth and kind spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Calling Hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home, Bronxville between the hours of 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Friday. There will be a funeral service held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 17 at 10am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Dorothy’s memory to the American Cancer Society or your favorite medical charity.
