McGraw, Kevin May 22, 1954 - August 6, 2022

Kevin McGraw, 68, of Bronxville, NY died at home on August 6, 2022. Kevin was a graduate of Canandaigua Academy (1972) the University of Notre Dame (1976) and George Washington Law School (1979).

Kevin was self-employed providing financial consulting services with a focus on multi-generation wealth preservation strategies to individuals and businesses. He had many long-standing clients who appreciated the breadth of his expertise and enjoyed working with him.

Kevin was born to Isaac R. and Clare Barlow McGraw on May 22, 1954. He was predeceased by both parents and by his sisters Molly and Ellen. He is survived by siblings Ross, Kate, Terence, Timothy, Megan, and their spouses. He was the beloved uncle of six nephews and nieces and four great nephews and nieces. He stayed in touch with an extended clan of aunts, uncles and cousins and always attended the annual family reunion and golf “tournament” held in honor of his father.

Kevin enjoyed a good round of golf, made frequent visits to Cape May, NJ and was a lover of all things Irish. He was an avid reader and was always well-informed and thoughtful about current events. He was an enthusiastic follower of sports, especially the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame football. One of the things Kevin will be most remembered for was his quick wit. He loved to laugh and to make others laugh.

Calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home, Bronxville between the hours of 9 to 10:30am on Friday, August 26, 2022 with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Joseph’s Church at 10:45am. An additional memorial service is being planned for family and friends in the Philadelphia area.     So sorry to hear about Kevin! He and Jack O’Brien were great attorneys who worked with our parents. Glad he is reunited with his wonderful parents and sisters. Know our parents will be happy to have his company again, too.

    Will always remember Kevin…his wit and faithful friendship through high school, college ups and downs, and catching up at class reunions.

    So very sorry about Kevin’s passing. We became great friends in law school and I was him whenever we visited NYC. A very bright, witty guy who loved a good laugh and made spending time with him an absolute pleasure. He will be missed. RIP, Kevin!!
