My sincere condolences to the family of John Falkowski on his sudden passing. Affectionately known to all of his friends and co-workers at CBS as “Falcon”, John was a wonderful friend and excellent at his job. One of my most fondest memories will always be that of John and I racing around the track in our golf carts at the Detroit Grand Prix. Whenever we spoke, that always came up in conversation. God Bless you John and may you Rest in Peace.

So sorry to hear of John’s passing! He and Rosemary were so good to Blaine. He’ll forever have the memory of Uncle John taking his “Flat Blaine” all over NY and to the CBS studio. And also all the books they bought him. Sending my deepest sympathies to the Falkowski family! You will be missed. Love, Valary and Blaine

I first met John when I started at CBS. We both worked in the Field Maintenance Dept. John was the very first person to reach out and welcome the new guy. Which back then was a rare occurrence in a very demanding shop. He was extremely knowledgeable, claim and kind.
I had the pleasure of working with him on many sports and news remotes. The most recent being the 2016 Republican National Convention TV Pool in Cleveland.
He will be missed by many.
My prayers are for Rosemary and the Falkowski family.
    Rest in Peace Falcon.

John was soft spoken and unassuming, but to those of us who where lucky enough to know him he also had the heart of a lion and amazing power of thought. John and I left Ohio to work in Connecticut in the early 70’s and the years I spent with him were wonderful, funny as hell and unforgettable. We lost a really good man too soon. Love you Fal.
