Robert J. Falcone, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2018, surrounded by his loving family and friends, at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx.  He was 35 years old.  Robert was born at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville, New York, to Robert and Barbara Falcone on December 9, 1982. He first attended school at St. Joseph’s in Bronxville, before graduating in 1997. He went on to enroll in Salesian High School in New Rochelle, and later Roosevelt High School in Yonkers, where he graduated from in 2002.  At the time of his untimely passing, Robert was working for a construction company on a development project in New York City’s Upper East Side. He was also an avid fitness enthusiast, exercising almost daily at one of New York Sports Club’s Manhattan locations in the early morning hours before heading off to work. Robert was also training in martial arts at an academy on McLean Avenue in Yonkers.  Robert enjoyed good food, good company and great conversation. Known for his outgoing personality, infectious sense of humor and candid impersonations, Robert easily made everyone he came in contact with laugh. He also had a passion for music, documentaries, sports and poetry. Because he loved to help people, the family learned that Robert chose to be an organ donor. Through his humanity, Robert has courageously saved the lives of others in need. Predeceased by his loving mother Barbara in 1999, Robert is survived by his grandmother, Rose Falcone; his father, Robert Falcone Sr.; and his older brother, Christian Falcone, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family asks that all who knew and loved Robert to join them in paying their respects at the Fred H McGrath & Son, Funeral Home in Bronxville, 5  to 9 pm Thursday and 2 to 4  and 6  to 9 pm Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Church in Bronxville on Saturday, February 3rd  at 9:45 a.m. The family also asks that any donations be withheld until they announce their plans for a charitable endeavor on Robert’s behalf.
