Mrs. Dorothy Conte, of Bedford on December 5, 2017, at the age of 88, beloved by her late husband, Robert, and her children, Bob, Jeanne, Douglas, Pamela and the late Arthur. Mrs. Conte attended Regis College. She was an avid gardener and knitter who loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. A self-proclaimed “golf widow,” Dorothy was a longtime member of Winged Foot Golf Club. A Memorial mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church in Bedford on Thursday, December 14, at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, gifts to Memorial Sloan-Kettering’s Pediatric Cancer Research would be appreciated by the family.
