Miriam, Brenda and I were thick as thieves when we all worked together at Versus. We shared many laughs & ice cream treats! Miriam was always so sweet & a true professional. I will miss her greatly. So sorry for your loss.

I was privileged to meet Miriam when NBC and Versus came together. I soon understood that she was part of the backbone of the people that made up Versus. I will remember her sweetness, our conversations and how her vitality emanated to all she touched.

I pleasure working with Miriam at NBC Sports. We bonded over looking through beauty & gossip magazines and exchanging family stories. I greatly admired her kindhearted spirit, wicked sense of humor and love of spending time with family. So many people loved her, and she loved them equally in return.

Miriam is a true gem. Working with her from the Versus days she was always so kind and sweet. She loved talking about her grandkids and all the things she would do with them. Even though I haven’t worked with her for some time , I will miss her dearly.

“Dear Miriam I just find out about your passing. I was not given the chance to say good-bye to my ONLY sister. No matter what has happened in the past I always loved you. Two years ago I left you a message on your phone, telling you how much I loved you. I should have been given the chance to say bye to you. Rest for now.”

It’s been many, many years (I don’t even know why you popped into my mind today, Miriam), but wonderful memories from the days at DeHaven pool. This is shocking – as you were so young. You were always so gracious to me. I thank you for that. And I still remember Robbie and the cute laugh of Terry. I can vividly remember Terry jumping off the diving board for the first time (with her knees shaking and purple). Your kids are a great tribute to you as a mother. I hope they are holding up well. Sincere condolences. Very sorry. RIP Miriam. Mike Flood
