June 29, 2020 at 8:20 pmChuck and I have so many memories of being with you both, before marriage and afterward. We cherish our friendship through all the years, and we thank God for you. Jo, I want to offer you a quotation from St. John Chrisostom, an early Church Father whom Guy would have “known”. Perhaps he really knows him now, in Blessed Eternity?? Quotation: “Those whom we have loved and lost are no longer where they were before, but wherever we are now.” We send our love and continued prayer. Christine & Chuck

June 29, 2020 at 10:52 pmChuck and I cherish our memories with you and Guy! Your special place in our lives endures, and we thank God for you both. I want to share a quotation with you from St. John Chrisostom, as I remember it. He was an early Church Father, and Guy might have been familiar with him. Quotation: “Those whom we have loved and lost are no longer where they were, but wherever we are now.” That quotation has helped me, and I hope that it helps you, Jo.
We send our love and continual prayer, Christine & Chuck

June 30, 2020 at 12:48 pmDear Joann, I am truly heartbroken by this loss. I really thought that he would of fought back and walked again. Now he is in a better place where he is in no more pain and discomfort. I am sure that he will be looking down at you and his family. When you all think of him I am sure that they are all wonderful and happy memories and will bring a smile upon your faces. I remember all the fun times that we shared together. He was always the life of the party. When I stopped skating you & guy were the people, I missed the most. I was so glad that Michael & I had the pleasure of visiting with you both at your home. I am sorry that we will not be able to come to his service however, I will be praying for you and your family. Please give him a kiss for me… God Bless you all!

June 30, 2020 at 3:37 pmJoann,
I’m saddened to hear about Guy’s passing. There was never a day when we worked together that we didn’t laugh. There also was never a day that I didn’t get a religious sermon. Guy always lit up the room and was special to everyone he touched. God bless you and your family.

July 2, 2020 at 8:55 amGuy will always be remembered for his explosive energy and infectious smile. He loved life as he loved his family — without limits. Running into him at the store, church or bakery always resulted in a lengthy conversation, plenty of laughs and long speeches on the virtues of a Jesuit education. I suspect he is setting things straight right now with St Ignatius Loyola. He will be missed by all of us.
