Philip J. Matthews of Bronxville on November 17, 2010. Beloved husband of Grace Matthews. Brother of William Matthews, Ann Marie Matthews Trotter and the late James Matthews. Mr. Matthews spent most of his working career with Phelps Dodge Corp. He served as an officer for the Yonkers Historical Society, where he was well known for his sports articles on Yonkers history. He also served as an officer for Siwanoy Country Club, St. Andrews Golf Club and the Bronxville Derby Association. He was very involved in the Caddy Scholarship Fund at Siwanoy.
