Virginia Marie DeNyse passed away on May 30, 2010.  She was born to the late Frederick Ryder DeNyse and Alida Vause Storm DeNyse on August 18, 1922 in Brooklyn, New York.  Ginny graduated from Lasell College in Newton, Ma and worked as a fiduciary accountant in Manhattan for 46 years before retiring in 1986 from Milbank Tweed Hadley and McCloy LLP.  She was predeceased by her sisters, Eleanor D. Duetsch and Shirley D. Burnes.  She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Aileen Burnes, Hartsdale, NY;  Ellyn Burnes, Athens, Ohio; Robert (Susan) Duetsch, Virginia Beach, Va and David (Karen) Duetsch, Midlothian, Va as well as 7 great nieces and nephews and 2 great great nephews; Evan Webb, Sarah Burkett, Robert C. Duetsch, Emily Webb, Robin Webb, Meghan Duetsch, Michael Duetsch, Sullivan Burkett and Miles Burkett. She was a longtime member of the Reformed Church in Bronxville, New York and volunteered her time at Lawrence Hospital prior to moving to the Kendal Retirement Community in Pennsylvania.  Memorial donations may be made to either Lasell College, 1844 Commonwealth Avenue, Newton, MA 02466 or The Reformed Church in Bronxville, New York, 10708. The family will receive friends 10 am to Noon on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at  Fred H McGrath & Son Funeral Home, 20 Cedar St., Bronxville, New York.  The funeral service will begin at Noon on Saturday, June 5 at the funeral home.  Internment will be private.
